ABSTRACT

Day by day so many new websites are dispatching with identical content but the quality is not as good as it would be. Mostly users tum off their websites and never visit again, because the quality does not meet users· expectations. Website becomes beneficial. easy to understand and reliable by maintaining the quality. Many studies have done on quality evaluation but their focus groups were programmer .as number of internet users rely on websites for quality of product and service o it is necessary to evaluate websites from users· point of view and also evaluate t he quality of websites to assure the repetitive visits of users. This research is survey based approach so the main focus of this study is to identify common problem s encounter by students who actually use the websites of government universities of district Shaheed Benazirabad and this study also provides recommendations for the problem faced by developers so they can develop better websites for universities Student of

Survey results are analyzed by statistical method to identify common problem and recommendations are made on the basis of these identified problem
