Nowadays computer technologies are making resolutions in the field of learning. The use of interactive technology in learning for these students is as natural as using a pencil and paper Were too past generations Interactive learning can provide by using interactive tools such as Sl\1ART board or white boards etc. An interactive white board (IWB) is a large interactive display that connects to a computer. Leaming with these interactive tools help learners 10 accomplish a variety of goals from organizing their thoughts to learning about language all while having fun. In the process of learning facial expression's role is very much important to conclude the level of learning. Facial expressions are a form of nonverbal communication. Humans can adopt a facial expression voluntarily or involuntarily. and the neural mechanisms responsible for controlling the expression differ in each case. Facial expressions are receiving attention due to its recognized relevance in learning. The efficiency of interactive tools has effectively measured from software engineering perspectives using software quality metrics that are process and product metrics. Process metrics can be used to improve software development and maintenance. Product metrics described the characteristics of the product. In this research, product quality metrics from customers' perspective was used as the interactive tools has assessed by the users.
