General note
ABSTRACT

In Deep Sea Underwater Wireless-Sensor Networks (UWSNs) is the prominent &foremost Explore-able area for researchers aimed its well-known application for extracting the valuable information from the deep sea-area/bottom of the sea information about many precious materials like gold, silver, & other rock minerals also underwater coal mines Oil/Gas and many more. To obtain the i n format ion from seabed level for that specific designs of routing protocol are required. We (researchers) have designed many routing protocols, according to the nature of underwater environment but still the existing routing protocols face many challenges like: Limitations of acoustic channel controlling of the water-depth. reliable link development between nodes /sensors and enhance the efficiency timing of battery power of the nodes. This thesis work covers t he survey of Energy-efficient routing protocols for underwater wireless sensor networks. The t he is covers t he Novel contribution to focus the unique classification of operation of the EnergyΒ efficient routing protocols with its used-mechanism and limitations. This thesis also focuses the analytical comparative analysis of the Energy-efficient routing protocols
through findings of the new parameters. The simulation based results are a l o t he novel contribution of this thesis. For simulation analysis the NS2.30 (simulator) with use of Aqua_Sim package/application, makes the comparison between EnergyΒ efficient routing protocols under which the Cluster based Energy-efficient Routing protocol (CBE2R) remains the well performer amongst a l l the existing protocols.
