General note ABSTRACT<br/><br/>With the widespread use of the Internet technology every government organization maintains its own website. Although there is little work done for the usability evaluation of Pakistani educational websites but it seems that no work has been conducted for Pakistani Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) websites, particularly, the ones in the Sindh province. Through these websites, secondary and higher secondary results are announced it means that man) users visit these websites. Keeping in mind he massive youth population of Sindh province, there was need to evaluate the usefulness of these websites for providing the better services to their intended users. In this research study, usability evaluation of these websites was conducted through expert review and a questionnaire. Through expert review many usability problems were found. As the results show that man) usability problems do exist in these websites so these need to be fixed in order to provide better service to their targeted users.<br/><br/>Keywords: BISE, Expert Evaluation, SUS Questionnaire, User Preference<br/>
