General note ABSTRACT<br/><br/>Mobile App have nowadays become a major source for online communication, marketing, research and development. Through mobile Apps, users can have easy access to their friends and relatives. In this research , usability of the mobile Apps under various categories has been evaluated using SUS Questionnaire along with Adjective Rating Scale and Letter Grade Scale for identifying the best mobile Apps under each category. The objective is to propose the best mobile Apps from the usability perspective in the categories containing video sharing, instant messaging, social media and email so that the users should be more satisfied while using the mobile Apps. The usability test was conducted with 400 respondents. The results show that: in video Apps category,' the best App is the Youtube and the worst App is Vimeo while in instant messaging category, the best App is WhatsApp and the worst App is Wechat. In social media category, the best App is Facebook and the worst App is Google+; in email Apps category, the best App is Gmail and the worst App is<br/>Yahoo.<br/><br/>These Apps in each category are the best Apps from the usability perspective. It is recommended that these Apps may be used by the users whose demographic characteristics are similar to this usability test users as the participants of this usability test were more satisfied while using these Apps.<br/><br/>Keywords: Mobile Apps, Usability, System Usability Scale.<br/>
