ABSTRACT

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is a self-organizing network that consists of a
distributed number of minor device. To monitor pacific activities within th deployed
environment. Such a network can be used to detect the fore t fire at the early stage so
that the fire damage can be reduced and a large number of living organisms can be saved. The research study discusses a system design approach to monitor the forest fire by using the WSN technology. The main goal of the proposed solution is into intelligently estimate the scale and intensity of the wild fire that ha been ignited in the forest. The energy efficient and priority based techniques have al o been proposed and implemented for the data communication between the sensor nodes . For the sake of validation, the proposed solution has been implemented on a Micro oft Framework ba ed simulation platform. The results and evaluations that have been achieved after the extensive simulation experiments clearly show the efficiency and dependability of our proposed approach based on wireless s sensor network.
