500 _aABSTRACT Quality is widely recognized as a one of the most important strategy for an organization. There are many aspects of quality, though main idea is that organization to produce something of good quality, whether it be a physical good or a service. These goods or services and how they are produced involve many types of procedures, processes , equipment, personnel and investment, which all fall under t he umbrella of Quality. In this age of global competition, a company, organization or firm must apply the quality tools/practices in the form of quality assurance, quality control and systems of quality to improve his capabilities. with the execution of Quality management practices tools at any organization, the benefits like cost reduction, customer satisfaction and improve quality of products can be achieved. Quality is considered as fundamental factor in industries and organizations, especially in the sugar industry. In this research, these are the factors management commitment , employee training, employee involvement, customer focus, quality system improvement and challenges of implementation were taken to assess the level of quality management practices at the Sakrand sugar mill limited. It was found from the results that employee training and challenges implementation were the factors highly practices at the Sakrand sugar mill as compared to other factors. The correlation has been devolved of all factors to check the impact of one factor to another factors. therefore based on correlation results it was found that management commitment and employee involvement got strong correlation of 0.445 where as customer focus and challenges implementation got weaker correlation of having value -0.012. It is suggested that the management should focus on weak areas as point out in this research to improve the level of management practices tools at Sakrand sugar mill Limited.
