500 _aABSTRACT Now-a-days Internet is widely being used for searching purpose like searching jobs, reading online news, reading online articles and searching for stud y purpose that's is why it is not only being used for business and communication purpose but also for other daily life activities because Internet has become richest source of sharing information through WWW (World Wide Web) all over the world. Fresh contents on various topics, people and places have made avai lable on the web at a breathtaki ng speed. Most of the information on the Web today is in the form of Hypertext Marku p Language (HTML) document and HTML is used for creating and visually representing a webpage as it determines the content of a webpage. Web portal is also a website which represents information to its users. Web portal delivers the information which has been extracted from different sources. Man y web portals provide such faci lities like they extract latest jobs from d iverse sources and represent those on one platform so it can be easy for users to look and check latest jobs at one place instead of looking around. Web portals provide all latest jobs of different fields so sometime it may be irritating for job seekers to find latest job of his/her own interest. National and international web portals only publish their own national jobs so job seeker needs to go through each web portal separately. In this research, an extraction system has been developed to extract all latest jobs regarding computer fields from national as well international web portal. As there are many people who search available jobs in foreign countries. RSS feed of web portals have been used because RSS feed provides timely updated contents of the page that is why latest jobs can be obtained by using RSS feed of such web portals. All extracting least jobs along with their contents have been sent through email to the registered users whose email adresses are stored in database. An alert SMS has been sent to their phones to alert them regarding the mail.
