Monitoring Quality of Experience (QOE) on the network will provide data about user and network errors, frequently used services and user needs. By using user's data, the network automatically changes the policies for users. In this research we use three computer networks by using NetEm tool for QoE assessment in lab experiment in order to understand the behavior of user on the network as service parameters change. Lab experiments provided the idea to the researcher about monitoring QoE. During the research we analyzed different types of users having different perception and satisfaction level on increase of packet delay and packet reorder. These all things were in consideration at the time we proposed Enhanced Autonomic network Management Architecture (ENAMA). We propose quality of experience frameworks for multimedia services as well as for network services for assessment of QoE for multimedia and network services. The proposed models are useful for those users that have less information of computer technology. In these frameworks we use agent technology for collecting objective QoE and QoS parameter in real time. The facility has been provided for user feedback using subjective QoE web form. These frameworks monitor, analyze, and generate reports and changes policies without intervention of administrators. | ||
