The aim of the study was to analyse healthcare projects from t h	viewpoint of the planning, implementation and evaluation of the projects. The purpose was. to generate knowledge about the work	done	in projects	that	can	be	utilized	in healthcare management. Health information technology H IT is information technology which has been used	for	health	and	healthcare.Health information	technology	allow comprehensive management of medical information and its secure exchange: between healthcare users and providers. Research explored the political drivers and barriers lo e Health. and review current digital opportunities for patients and health care professionals within diabetes care. One or possible usage of this type of systems can be i n far reached area where people have lack of medical resources & many people drastically lose their heath conditions by wrong prescriptions provided by unregistered local practitioners.
Traditional designs of software systems failed to meet the requirements or our system. We thus based our design upon a service-oriented architecture t hat can satisfy the stated functional requirements. Our e-health portals can integrate deferent medical services and applications. I n our prototype system. real-time ECG monitoring. service. BP monitoring service. EPR system and Teleconsulation service have been implemented and integrated into our e-Health portal. Healthcare system will be developed over t he
Google Apps infrastructure u sing t he JAVA programming language leveraging the scalability & security or Google Apps infrastructure. with Google /\ pp Engine
infrastructure & proven security t he Doctors, Moderators or the web Reporter can get registered to the system using a single click signup process using their exiting Gmail account or open ID & use the system anytime anywhere.
