  <note>ABSTRACT

Destination delivery of packets can be obtained through the link quality of network by using minimum communication time within the nodes as well as choosing the best path by using less network source. Specific network issue can be resolved b efficient link quality design. Body area network has the similar design to solve t hat issue. Particular sensor network i-e Wireless Body Area Network (WBANs) i designed in parallel manner to operate the connection of various medical sensors and equipments that is used to place within the human body. Research of network community is active towards providing the WBANs services, at anywhere at any time.	The	WBANs	provides	simplification,	improved	speed,	correctness and
reliability of sensors communication within immediate proximity of a human body. The purpose to research is to compare the suitability and adaptability of link quality metrics for WBAN applications. In this research work the performance of standard Ad hoc on demand distance vector (AODV) is compared with l ink quality version of AODV based on Expected Transmission Count (ETX) metric.
The simulation result of progress shows that the working of LQ-AODV is efficient as compare to AODV. Comparing performance of (QoS) aware distributing information that enables to select path between two nodes by routing protocol and default demand routing protocol in condition of average end -to- end delay network lifetime, average path length, routing load, throughput with data rate.
