WBAN focuses the set of sensor nodes which are responsible to monitor the heath of the human physiological signs. These physiological signs contains ,Blood Pressure, Blood oxygen ,heartbeat breathing rate, Electro Cardio Gram, Respiratory Patterns, , Temperature, Posture, lactic Acid ,Artificial Knee, Glucose level, and So many other human health parameters and other factors related to the environment, such as heat, a i r pollution and sound etc.like blood pressure checkup, ECG, Sugar, psychological activities. From the existing literature the novel classification regarding WBAN QoS routing protocols has been classified and through classification the analytical and simulation comparatives analysis of proposed WBAN QoS routing protocols has been observed. For making a most reliable and accurate body area network system, the number of factors should be taken under consideration as levels of software and hardware. Still a factor of designing, developing and analysing of different routing protocol is continue as per latest research. There are some set of protocol s called routing protocols. The main function of routing protocols is to maintain and identify the routes into network for the reliable data communication among the nodes. Thence, these protocols have a important role in the field WBAN for the reliable communication among the Sensor nodes. In this survey different QoS-aware protocols are being surveyed and observed and found the some factor are affected the wireless body area network as human postural movement, Quality of Service, (QoS), Network design, nodes range ,transmission range, node temperature and human movement. An important intrclassification of QoS-aware Routing protocols is presented as energy efficient QoS RPs, reliable QoS-aware RPs and hop based QoS-aware RPs. Numerical results demonstrate that the performance analysis of Reliable QoS RPs perform well as compared to Energy-Efficient and Hop-based RPs in Term of Average Energy consumption in J/Sec, Average End-to-End delay in Seconds, Packets Delivery Ratio in percentage and Network throughput in Kbps. aDepartment of Information Technology uhttp://tinyurl.com/bdf76kbu cTHESIS 00104070aRESEARCHbRESEARCHd2019-09-30l0pMP/47-550r2019-09-30 00:00:00yTHESIS 00104070aRESEARCHbRESEARCHd2023-12-21l0pMP/54-673r2023-12-21 00:00:00w2023-12-21yTHESIS
