  <note>ABSTRACT


The aim of this study is to assess and evaluate the effects of blended learning in higher secondary educational institutions of Sindh. The core objective of this research is to measure the impacts and effectiveness of blended learning attainments of understudies' outcomes. A qualitative method was applied to come up with the result of ninety-four personals. In addition, technology acceptance model (TAM) were analyzed and evaluated in order to measure the performance of higher secondary educational courses on the basis of blended learning. The results indicate that blended learning integration has a great effectiveness for both instructors and the understudies. Findings show that instructors' very much well-found arrangement with blended learning devices and workplaces is one the primary factors  in achievement of innovation based educating and learning and this research would support and help the government to initiate further enhancement and flexibility of Blended learning in its existing centers and for future adaptation. This will cause to master the insight abilities of teaching and facilitating of teacher's skills, to develop the educational standard as per the world rate and requirements.
