Office 365 and Zoho Does . From literature survey It has been noted that only google does has been the research focus. Less attention has been paid to office 365 and Zoho Docs despite of their rich features it has been decided to perform a usability comparison of cloud-based document editors using SUS. The research was based on self-analysis Self-analysis consists of generic and specific features of cloud-based document editors.According to self analysis result Google Docs have more features as compared to Office 365 and Zoho Docs Does. but Office 365 have rich features than google docs and Zoho Does.Experimental study consists of pre-test questionnaires., actual tasks and post-test questionnaires in which 180 students of BS(IT), BS(CS), MS(IT)and MS(SE) of QUEST Nawabshah participated First of all students filled pre-test questionnaires then performed the tasks performed the tasks of creating account , finding CV template and create own CV to measure efficiency and effectiveness. After that they filled post-test questionnaires from in which we calculate satisfaction. According to usability comparison perspective we recommend that overall the office 365 is the best cloud-based document editor in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and SUS response of participant (satisfaction).
