  <note>ABSTRACT

Research investigates the relationship and impact of Business Intelligence system on knowledge management, sharing, transfer and application within the cellular network organizations in Pakistan. Critical role of Business Intelligence system includes the Decision Support System and Enterprise Resource Planning for effective knowledge handling and	disseminating with in institution. The research	is conducted	under epistemological.
roots of expansion of knowledge and post-positivism to explicate the uses of BI system. Quantitative research conducted by taking Business Intelligence as independent variable and Knowledge Management, Knowledge Sharing, Knowledge Transfer, and Knowledge Application as dependent variables. Explanatory research strategy is used through Stratified Sampling with self-administered questionnaire filled from officials working in Cellular Network organizations of Pakistan i.e. Ufone, Jazz, Telenor and Zong. The results of Internal Reliability Test show that questionnaire is reliable to conduct the research and Cronbach Alpha values are also found consistent. The regression model shows that the t statistics values are greater than 1.96 at 95% confidence interval which depicts BI Systems have positive and significant relationship and impact on Knowledge Management, Sharing and Transfer in Cellular Network organizations. This research work will be useful for those organizations which are using Business Intel l igence tools as a backbone for effective decision making and strategic planni ng. Future researcher can also get a road map for further research in in th is emerging area of study to expand over by add ing more constructs using various data analysis tools.
