The population of this study consists of all the faculty members at Provincial Institute of Teacher Education (PITE) Sindh, Nawabshah. The study applies the Revised Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (R-UTAUT). On the basis of extensive literature review a survey questionnaire is developed based on revised Model. The key findings indicate that in-service teachers at PITE Sindh Nawabshah are fully motivated and warmly welcomed this new Web Based Training System Technology, Even though they faced many challenge like lacking the basic facilities at their schools but still they are being motivated through this new WBTS. The data shows that each variable in model has high Significance level like; Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, System Flexibility, WBT infrastructure, Social Influence, System interactivity, Trainee Satisfaction and has direct intention on m­ services teachers to use Web based training System (WBTS) for their professional Development. It is concluded that Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy are being affected by system interactivity, trainee satisfaction, system flexibility and WBT infrastructure. The study has positive implications for teacher training institutions for Continuous Professional development in Sindh.
