  <note>ABSTRACT

Scheduling is one of the critical and time consuming task in the field of Information Technology. A large amount of the research work has been carried out and
implementation of different algorithms have been designed, developed and simulated for solving the critical problems linked with the scheduling. In this research study we have presented a framework for Multi-Agent Meeting Scheduling System (MAMSS). The framework utilizes the multi agent model for scheduling the meeting. The simulation environment has been designed and developed for the verification and validation of the proposed solution. The free time approach based on Multi-listing techniques has been integrated with the proposed solution that makes the scheduling more efficient and effective as compared to the existing solutions. Several results that have been achieved after extensive experiments also confirm the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed solution in the term of Data Packet
Overhead, Energy Consumption, Computation Time and Meeting Acceptance Efficiency.
