ABSTRACT
In the software development quality is the main scenario to focus on. Software quality is the evolutionary process for software on the basis of quality attributes . In the past era development team thought that testing and quality is the same thing so quality was check by the same person who test the software due to this some faults cannot be find and also some faults was also ignored by the development teams.To avoid the fault ignorance software were developed through various development methodologies. Through new trends and methodologies software quality improves day by day. Developers choose traditional as well as agile methods on the basis of their requirement and needs. Traditional methodologies are not more efficient for the rapid change in the requirement so that agile methodologies are so much commonly in use nowadays. With many agile methodologies lean thinking is also common in software companies. Lean is a set of principles for achieving quality, speed and customer requirement.The aim of this study is to improve software quality by the help of Jean principles. For improvements of software quality a proposed model is developed by using Jean quality principles added in the XP methodology . This proposed model is helpful for the developed software companies they can easily achieve software quality and maintain their respect in the global market. In the companies point of view this proposed model will be helpful for saving lot of time in development of software.
